Pioneering Auto Care
While I was at PPK, I worked on Firestone Pinnacle, the tire company’s initiative to deliver a futuristic auto care experience, starting with a brand-new flagship store in Charlotte, NC.
This isn’t just a store to get an oil change, it’s an opportunity to get a sneak peek into the future of auto care, boasting tech like laser tire scanners and always placing the newest products on display.
Pinnacle is Firestone’s largest and most ambitious expansion in the US in recent history and every bit of copy needed to capture the feeling of new technology at work.
The scope of this project was wide, spanning from web assets, signage, and various on-site fixtures and displays.
Digital Screens
These are put throughout the store to bring attention to the store’s services, products, and values, further pushing the seed of pioneering into the location’s DNA.
Advanced Services
These panels cover some of the stores more advanced services, including Quick Check Drive tire scanner, and merges the pioneering theme with quality routine auto care.
Sustainability
A pillar of the Pinnacle mission is a push towards sustainability and complete carbon neutrality. This includes recycling, solar energy usage, and EV support.
Product Fixtures
Interactive displays are placed throughout the store to showcase the newest available products.
Coming Soon
During reconstruction of the store, we utilized these ads to deliver the message that a refreshed Firestone is on the way.
